People always find themselves in a melancholic mode when they are sad, heart aching, and hurt. We wrote our feeling in papers, diaries, messages, facebook shouts, blogs, and anywhere we can express our inner melody. We felt relieve every time we've done expressing. Unfortunately, we gained nothing. The pain only will recover once comfort came ahead.
When we had a hurt attack, we spill out because we want to gain comfort. I always found it as a good way. Yeah, sure it is. The problem is when we did all, but none comfort come as a payback. What should we do? We treat ourselves.
I know, there are a lot of doctors nowadays, who graded from universities. Seek for medical doctor when your body feels sick. Seek for psychologist when your mind gets sick. Seek for motivator when your motivation goes down. However, everybody must be a doctor by themselves. I do not mean be just like the professional one, but a doctor who knows how to treat itself.
Especially when your current life is not in a good achievement. I meant, not only about education but it also included religion, maturation, lifestyle, social well being, diets, and many more aspect in our lives. Do problem analysis when your body starts to get wrong. Do reflection to treat. And do changing way of living as preventive measure.
Maintain a good health and mental status. Take care ! :)
