Hello diet..

Arrival of early adult life will definitely urges ladies to be more attractive, well-composed, ideal weight, and of course a beauty skin. Well, to achieve that goal, diet will be the best way to do it. However, to do an aggressive diet in order to have an ideal body alone is not a true meaning of being a young adult. It must be a healthy and balance diet. You cannot cut off all the carbohydrates, and take only vegetables or fruits.

In previous decades, until now Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension cases are so common to account in primary care clinic and even in the hospital setting. A lot of them suffer from heart attack, stroke, dead fingers, infections and ulcerations due to these diseases. We enhance them to have a good diet control and healthy lifestyle but it is just too late to have a good control at the age the diagnosis is made. :(

 Why don't we start our healthy diet now? Less sugar, less salts, less oily, less carbohydrates and high fiber intake every day, every week.  Starting from now, yes at the age of  40s, 30s,and even better from 20s year-old. Does it so complicated? We have a simple idea how to cut down the meals into something more balance.
A plate diet strategy. A quarter of carbohydrate, vegetables, fruits, protein, and a cup of dairy product. It will be better for you if you can get use to drink a lot of plain water than sweet drinks.

Good bye unbalance diet, and hello a healthy diet! :D
